Q: What happens after I place an order ?

A: Upon placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We review your order to make sure your information is correct and that all the items you've requested are available for shipment. Our shipping department then packs your items and ships them. (Please allow 1-5 days for processing)

Q: Where does my order ship from?

A: Order will ship from our warehouse in China.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: The delivery takes approximately 7-20 business days. We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Q: How much am I charged for shipping?

A: All orders are subject to a delivery charge of $3.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, free shipping on order over $59.

Q: Where to get my tracking number?

A: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Q: How can I track my parcel?

A: You can track your order by visiting USPS or 17Track , Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your package has shipped.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel an order before receive the shipping notification email.

Q: Can I change my address?

A: Yes, you can change delivery address before receive the shipping notification email.

Q: How do your sizes work?

A: Our clothes are cut for a youthful shape. It is true to size for Asians and 1 size smaller for Europeans, Americans. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will gladly refund you for any defective items you wish to return.

    If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality or size of an item you may return it and get a full refund (except shipping fee).

Please note the following limitations:
Item must be returned within 10 days from date of receive.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
